David Hacking is a retired Chartered Arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He practised as a Barrister at Law and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court, and undertook numerous commercial litigation and arbitration cases. He was educated at Cambridge University and the Inns of Court School of Law where he was awarded by the Middle Temple a Harmsworth Major Entrance Exhibition (1960) and an Astbury Scholarship (1963). When in practice, David Hacking was an Associate Member of Littleton Chambers taking appointments as arbitrator and mediator in commercial arbitrations and mediations.
